Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coolthingscorp.com with:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. In most cases, you won’t be asked to return the item.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are seasonal and time-sensitive, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for:
items ordered incorrectly
change of mind
items received after a holiday or event
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help.
Seasonal Items
Due to the limited and seasonal nature of our products, we’re unable to restock or resell items once a season has passed.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If an issue qualifies, we’ll issue a refund or store credit so you can place a new order that works better for you.
Store Credit
In certain situations, we may offer store credit as a resolution. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
